IP & Takedown Policy
1. Scope
- This policy covers user-published content on CellFlight B2B that may be alleged to infringe a third party’s copyright, trademark, patent or other legitimate rights (including product info, supplier profiles, news and intelligence).
- The platform does not create or claim rights over such third-party content; if the dispute concerns platform-owned pages, please state so separately.
2. Required materials
- Rights-holder identity (individual/entity name, contact, address).
- Proof of rights: materials showing your rights (e.g. trademark/patent certificates, copyright registration or original-source screenshots).
- Infringing URL: the specific platform URL(s) (e.g. https://hskj1987.com/en/...).
- Description: a brief explanation of the infringing content, nature and basis.
- Good-faith statement: you confirm the information is true and accurate and accept liability for false complaints.
3. Process
- On receiving complete materials, the platform performs a formal review and initial verification within 1–3 business days.
- If verified, the platform may hide, remove or de-link the content and notify the publisher.
- If materials are incomplete, the platform will request supplementation once; pending supplement, no action is taken.
4. Timeline
- Formal review: 1–3 business days.
- Substantive verification and action: generally within 7 business days from complete materials (complex cases notified separately).
5. Counter-notice
- The publisher may submit a counter-notice with reasons and evidence if they believe the content does not infringe.
- On a valid counter-notice, the platform may restore the content and leave the dispute to the parties; the platform does not substitute for a court on ownership.
6. Disclaimer
- The platform only provides matchmaking; it does not substantively warrant the legality of user content.
- Disputes over ownership or authorization are resolved by the parties under law; the platform will cooperate as required.
