CellFlight uses "compliance / market-access gating" as a pre-clearance guardrail for cross-border matching: when a buyer posts an RFQ or a supplier onboards, the platform auto-detects the compliance items below by target country and category, reducing destination-port rejection, customs blockage and missing-certification risk.
